Interacting with Defuddle through Twitter
You can interact with Defuddle through direct messages. To ask a question, just send your friend defuddle a direct message with the question you want to ask.
If you're sending a message to Twitter via SMS, IM or the web update box, remember to add d defuddle before your question to indicate that it's a direct message.
Put the category in square brackets (if you don't, your question will be put in the lifestyle category).
For example:
d defuddle [travel] What's the best low-budget holiday destination in Australia?
(If you're sending the message through the Twitter website, you can leave off the d defuddle part.)
Optionally, you can specify how long you want the question to stay open for (between 1 hour and 7 days), by putting the number of hours or days at the start of the message:
4h [category] This question will be open for 4 hours.
2d [category] This question will be open for 2 days.
Valid categories are:
- business
